Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kingman, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project involves an asphalt overlay consisting of a 1" leveling course and a 1 1/2 " surface course on a segment of RS 607 beginning near the SE Corner Section 3, Township 27 South, Range 5 West and extending 2.0 miles to the east ending near the NE Corner Section 12, Township 27 South, Range 5 West. The project is based on a 26.00' wide surface. Copies of the contract documents will be on file at the Kingman County Clerk's office, Kingman County Courthouse, Kingman, Kansas, the office of the County Engineer, and in the office of Schwab Faton, 5410 Ledge Stone Drive, Manhattan, Kansas 66503. Bidders may secure a set of such documents for the project from Schwab Eaton with a deposit of $80.00. No refund will be made for returned plans.
