Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Desert Center, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Desert Center Unified School District is seeking seated bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed construction contractors for construction of the following pubic project: Eagle Mountain School Off-Site/On-Site Asphalt Repair & Parking Lot Improvements. The protect consists of pulverizing, repairing and overlaying of existing asphalt roadways and parking lot. including ADA access improvements, slurry seal, re-striping, singe and drainage repairs. Each bid must be submitted with bid security at described in the Instructions For Bidders. The class or classes of California contractor licenses required to bid on and perform the Work are: C-12 (Earthwork & Paving) and/or A (Engineering). The award of the Contract will be based on the following method of determining the lowest bid: Base Bid. As described In the General Provisions. the successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and a separate Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the total Contract Price, and each issued by a California-admitted surety as defined In Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120.
