Replace existing conventional panel with addressable fire panel in existing school. New manual and automatic fire alarm system is being installed. Sprinkler waterflow switch is being monitored to activate notification devices upon alarm. DSA Application Number 123744. Buildings A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and K are occupiable and part of the fire alarm system. Buildings L, M, and N are abandoned and do not have an operable fire alarm system and shall not be occupied at any time. These buildings (L, M, and L) do not meet the fire code standards imposed by law and are not to be included in this bid. The Desert Center Unified School District, herein referred to as "DISTRICT" will receive sealed bids for the Eagle Mountain School Fire Alarm System Replacement, herein referred to as "Project." This Project must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days, herein referred to as "Contract Time," as provided in the Bid and Contract Documents, herein referred to as "Bid Documents." Construction Estimate: The construction estimate for this project is $250,000. Pre-Bid Request for Information: Questions and/or Requests for Information (RFI) concerning this Project must be made in writing and be sent via email Dr. Gregory J. Subcontractors must possess the appropriate licenses for each specialty subcontracted. Failure to have the specified license or licenses shall render the bid non - responsive and shall act as a bar to the award of the contract to any contractor not possessing the specified license at the time of bid.
