The Belton Independent School District ("District") is soliciting Statement of Qualifications from firms for architectural and engineering services to support District wide renovations, additions, alterations and construction projects for new and existing facilities. It is the intent of the District to pre-qualify a pool of vendors to perform services on a task-request basis. The duration of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) shall have an initial term of two (2) years with the option to renew up to three (3) additional years in one (1) year increments unless either party provides a 30 day notice not to renew. It is the policy of the District that the selection of firms providing professional services in connection with the District's construction projects be based on demonstrated competence and the professional qualifications pursuant to Section 2254.004 of Government Code, in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses, to waive all technicalities, and to accept the qualifications that are determined in the best interest of the District.
