Site work and paving for a civil project in Layton, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The purpose of RFP is to enter a contract for the purchase of road construction services to widen the entrance lane into the Davis Landfill, extend the trailer parking at the Material Recovery and Transfer Facility, and rotomill and repave roads at both District sites. Question Submission Close Date 4/3/2021 3:00 PM MDT Detailed Scope of Work Task 1- Widen the entrance lane into the Davis Landfill Located at 1997 E 3500 N Layton, Utah, 84040. a) This project consists of construction for widening the Davis Landfill main entrance, moving the entry gates, and constructing new entrance signs (per 1700 East Widening PDF). Task 2- Expanding the trailer parking for the Material Recovery Facility Located at 3404 N 650 E Layton, Utah, 84041. a) This project consists of expanding phase one of the trailer parking area into phase two (per Trailer Storage Phase 2 PDF). Task 3- Rotomill and repave high traffic roads on both the Davis Landfill (1997 E 3500 N Layton, Utah, 84040) and the Material Recovery and Transfer Facility (3404 N 650 E Layton, Utah, 84041) sites. a) This project consists of rotomilling down 1" and overlaying depth of 2".
