The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 1,500 Lineal feet of 8 wide HMA Pathway Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Contract documents may be examined online or at the offices of: Zeeland Charter Township, 6582 Byron Road, Zeeland, MI 49464 Prein&Newhof, 3355 Evergreen Drive NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525 Prein&Newhof, 697 Ottawa Beach Road, Holland, MI 49424 The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from Zeeland Charter Township. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier check payable to Zeeland Charter Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of forty-five (45) days after the receipt of bids. The project shall be completed within thirty days (30) days of starting work or by September 1, 2021, whichever comes first.
