A As of February 27, 2025, the project has been canceled. . The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. The Work consists of: i) the demolition of the existing Council Chamber Addition to the historic City Hall building ii) the rehabilitation of the historic 2-story City Hall building iii) the construction of a new 3-story addition above Base Flood Elevation and attached to the historic City Hall building, creating one new contiguous building. 2. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following major building assemblies: Concrete slab on grade and shallow foundations. Concrete masonry walls. Cast-in-place concrete walls Metal stud and gypsum board partitions. Acoustical panel and gypsum board ceilings, with and without acoustic plaster. Prefinished wood doors in hollow metal frames. Cold-formed metal stud walls. Plastic-laminate faced wood millwork. Aluminum framed storefront and curtain wall. Exterior Portland cement plaster finishes Interior finishes. Wood veneer finished paneling Specialties. Equipment. Furnishings. Fire Protection System. Plumbing . HVAC System. Electrical System. Communication System. Data System.
