Combined estimated quantities of work are: Remove Concrete Curb - 116 Lin Ft, Remove Concrete Walk - 1276 SqFt, Remove Bituminous Pavement - 1480 SqFt, Mill Bituminous Surface - 35690 Sq Yd, Bituminous Mixture - 39592 Ton, Shoulder Base Aggregate Class 1 - 9631 Ton, Concrete Walk - 2756 SqFt, Boulevard Topsoil Borrow- 363 Cu Yd, Concrete Curb and Gutter - 116 Lin Ft, Truncated Domes - 328 SqFt, Interim Pavement Marking - 5 LS, Bituminous Material for Shoulder Tack - 5201 Gal, Hydraulic Bonded Fiber Matrix (BFM) - 7000 LB, Striping Paint - 87569 Lin Ft, and other miscellaneous construction items. Attention is called to the fact that the contractor must comply with the Special Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions, contained in the proposal. Electronic bids and fax bids will not be accepted.
