Commission (JWC) and City of Hillsboro (City) and Authorized Purchasers, for a maximum of five years. The chemical included in this bid are Aluminum Sulfate (Liquid Alum). The last day for questions is March 18, 2021 The Joint Water Commission seeks bid proposals from qualified vendors able to provide and deliver bulk quantities of Aluminum Sulfate (liquid alum) to the JWC Water Treatment Plant in Forest Grove, Oregon. The JWC may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the JWC if it is in the public interest to do so. The Joint Water Commission acting as the Contract Review Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the Commission.
