The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: removal and replacement of wood framed windows; removal and replacement of plywood siding, battens, and associated trim boards; installation of a water resistive barrier including self-adhered flashings, sealants, and accessories as necessary and required to result in a complete system; installation of rain screen battens and drainage planes behind cladding; removal and replacement of selected sheet metal flashings; select replacement of insulated glass units (IGU’s); exterior stone cleaning and tuck pointing; exterior sealant joint repair and replacement; replacement of select interior millwork; exterior and interior painting. The extent and location of work is indicated in the Drawings.
