Project Description: Maplewood Park improvements include new playground and fitness equipment, shade structures, engineered wood fiber safety surfacing, site furnishings, grading, drainage, concrete paving, sitework, and other miscellaneous site construction as detailed in the construction drawings and specifications. Bids with no license number will be rejected. One (1) copy of the bid form shall be submitted. Bid form blanks must be duly filled in by the Bidder. A Certified Check or Cashier's Check, payable to the Recreation and Park Commission for the Parish of East Baton Rouge or a satisfactory Bid Bond, in compliance with LSA-R.S. 38:2218.A&C, executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid, shall be submitted with each paper bid.
