Site work for a water / sewer project in Jupiter, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 4/8/2021 project was not yet been awarded, the award is planned for 4/20/21. This project consists of improvements at three locations within the Town of Jupiter: the Military Trail Loop is located along Military Trail between the Wood Duck Community and the Barcelona commercial property; the Country Corner Water Service is located along Central Boulevard just south of Indiantown Road; and the 6-Inch water main is at the Jupiter Water Treatment Facility. - Military Trail Loop consists of horizontally directional drilling +/- 115 linear feet of 10-inch HDPE water main piping under Military Trail and making tie-ins to the 12" DIP water transmission mail on the east side and to the 8" DIP distribution system on the west side of this arterial roadway. - The Country Corner Water Service consists installing a new 2-inch water service for this commercial property under Central Boulevard; installation will consist of horizontally directional drilling a +/- 135 L.F. 3-inch HDPE sleeve under Central Blvd. and connections to an existing 2" brass valve on the east side and a new 3/4 inch meter box and service connection on the west side of this arterial roadway. - The 6-inch water main at the Jupiter Water Treatment Facility consists of open trench installation of +/- 380 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron water main piping and includes connection to an existing valve and a tie-in to an existing water main. Included in the project is surface restoration that includes, but is not limited to, sod, landscaping, concrete sidewalk, concrete curb, CMU block wall repair, asphalt roadway repair, and all other work or material required by the project documents to provide complete and operational water infrastructure improvements at these three locations. The face of the envelope shall be addressed as follows: Town Clerk Town of Jupiter 210 Military Trail Jupiter, FL 33458 and with Title. Emails should be delivered with a Read Receipt requested to confirm successful receipt by the Town. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Town of Jupiter reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any, and all bids.
