Supply the Town of Jupiter Utilities Water Treatment Plant with one or more of the following chemicals for use in the treatment of drinking water: liquid chlorine, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide (caustic), corrosion inhibitor, anhydrous ammonia, and sodium hypochlorite (bleach) with firm fixed pricing in accordance with the bid/contract documents, for a period of one (1) year beginning October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026. Each chemical shall be supplied under separate and individual contracts. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE TOWN OF JUPITER STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
