The solicitation covers three projects; 1. New Water supply source for the City of Hinesville to include a new Upper Floridan Green Zone Well, treatment system and transmission main to connect to the City's existing system. 2. The modification of the Ft Stewart plant to add a fifth SBR treatment train plus expansion of the cloth media filter, modification to an on-site pumping station plus general site work and piping modifications to accommodate the improvements. 3. The expansion of the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) on JV Road to expand the existing 4 basin 2.0 MGD SBR plant to 4.0 MGD plant. The onsite SBR tankage is complete but requires installation of equipment and includes new parallel headworks, filters, UV disinfection unit and digester, plus all site work and piping to accommodate the expansion.
