Per the owner, as of February 12, 2025, an architect was selected for this solicitation but there was not enough interest to move forward with the project. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ……………….. The City of Hinesville Downtown Development Authority is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide Architectural and Associated Services for two projects. Project A includes evaluation of current conditions and renderings for redeveloping (135/133 S. Main Street). Project B includes architectural and construction administration for facade improvements for 7 buildings and alleyway. The City of Hinesville Downtown Development Authority in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
