Site work for a road / highway in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Hope Street Seawall Replacement Project, as located at the terminus of Hope Street where it meets the Anclote River, includes the construction of a new seawall as well as minor drainage improvements. The major work items in the scope of work include clearing and grubbing, FRP sheet pile installation, tieback anchor installation, reinforced concrete cap construction, reinforced concrete pipe placement, curb inlet installation, and manatee grate installations. Bid Option 1, should the City decide to approve, includes an extension of the FRP sheet pile and concrete cap an additional 1.5 feet higher than the Base Bid. Bid Bond - 5%. Performance & Payment Bonds: 100% Project Estimated Budget - $116,000.00. All questions or requests for additional information are required to be in writing and may be faxed to 727-937-1766 or e-mailed to jjackus@ctsfl.us. The amount of liquidated damages for the project is hereby established as $282.00 per calendar day.- The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids/proposals or parts of bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, and request rebids/resubmittals on the material or services described in the ITB/RFP. The City reserves the right to waive minor informalities.
