Renovation of a fire / police facility in St Thomas, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
This project includes the installation of new demising partition walls in dormitory areas at two locations. - Fire Station #1, 305 Wellington Street, St. Thomas, Ontario N5R 2T2. - Fire Station #2, 235 Burwell Street, St. Thomas, Ontario N5R 4J7. Scope of work to include: - Fabrication and installation of metal stud and structural steel framed demising walls clad with gypsum board and hardwood capping. - Each cubicle to have hollow metal door frame and solid core wood door with hardware. - Modifications to existing Mechanical and Electrical systems as noted on the drawings.
