Renovation of a fire / police facility in St Thomas, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The following is a general description of the Work and is not meant to be all inclusive. Refer to Drawings and Specifications for complete Work required by the Bid Documents and anticipated Contract. Work includes: - Removal and replacement of deteriorated mortar joints in brick masonry. - Removal and replacement of deteriorated masonry units. - Removal and replacement of deteriorated building and control joint sealants. - Removal of brick masonry for lintel repairs and installation of new through wall flashings. - The Contractor is responsible for coordination of all work as described hereon in the specification and drawing documentation. The Contractor is to look after all preparatory work involved in the masonry repairs around the building including but not limited to the following: Protection of all existing areas where work is to occur including walkway access to work areas. Clean up of site and entrance area of building as required. Documents are available at: https://stthomas.bidsandtenders.ca/ *Award is subject to final approval.
