Renovation of an educational facility in Buckley, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,069-square-foot educational facility.
Work of the Project includes replacement of the existing mechanical HVAC system with new rooftop units and related duct work for 7,069 sf of existing interior building space. Minor electrical and data upgrades, including new LED light fixtures and replacement of the suspended grid ceiling system with a new suspended grid and new lay-in acoustical ceiling panels. Alternate bid Work includes new plastic laminate work counter and pony wall, interior painting of walls/GWB ceilings, and replacement of damaged or missing doors, door frames, and related hardware.
