Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Buckley, Washington. Completed plans call for the addition of a 995-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for the renovation of a 1,907-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
Work under this Contract is at 933 Main Street in Buckley and includes remodel of existing 1,907 SF office building and addition of 1,920 SF of new office. Building is type V-B construction type, non-sprinklered and will serve Administrative uses for the City. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the City of Buckley and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. If this Proposal is accepted and the undersigned fail(s) or refuse(s) to enter into a contract and furnish the required performance bond, labor and material payment bond, special guarantee bonds (if required), required insurance and all other required documentation, the undersigned will forfeit to the Owner an amount equal to five percent of the Proposal amount. The Work shall be substantially complete within 240 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. The undersigned agrees that the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any minor irregularities and informalities in any Proposal.
