Engineering Consulting Services the City of Buckley is Soliciting Letters of Interest (Loi) and Statements of Qualifications (Soq) From Engineer Consulting/professional Firms Interested in Providing Professional Engineering and Technical Services for General Engineering Services and Upcoming Engineering Design/studies, Construction Projects, Utility Comprehensive Planning, and Private Development Review Projects. Projects May Be Funded by or Through Local, State, and/or Federal Agencies to Include Fhwa, Wsdot, Tib, Doe, Doh, Pwtf, Rd, and/or Cdbg. The Selected Consultant Shall Further Comply With All Regulations Relative to Non-discrimination as Further Stated in Federally Assisted Programs Administered by the Dept. Of Transportation, Title 49, Cfr, Part 21 to Include Applicable Amendments Thereto. The City of Buckley General Engineering Contract is Normally Renewed on an Annual Basis. General Engineering Proposals Are Considered on or About November 1 of Every Year to Determine Whether to Renew the Contract With the Firm Currently Providing Service. Qualified Firms Are Encouraged, as Required by Rcw 39.80.040, to Submit Qualifications on an Annual Basis. If a Firm Has Submitted a Soq to the City Within the Calendar Year and the Qualifications Remain Current and Accurate, Then Only a Letter of Interest is Required.
