Part 2 will include a list of HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical subcontractors. The project is located at 240 North A Street, Buckley, WA, 98321. The scope of work includes but is not limited to general, mechanical, electrical and sitework associated with an existing three-story building. Estimated cost of the bid for the work is $1.1 million. Bid Security must accompany each bid in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check in the amount of 5% of the total base bid, made payable to the White River School District No. 416. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hour set for bid opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 45 calendar days. The Board of Directors of the White River School District No. 416 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding. Substantial Completion date: September 12, 2022. 1. Improvements to the White River School District Administration Office include finishes, mechanical, electrical, hazardous materials abatement, and wall construction. 2. Project also includes abatement and moisture mitigation in basement of building for new flooring, extending 9 foot walls above finished floor to ceiling in main second floor office, and addition of a new office on third floor. 3. Project will have alternates for window replacement, additional lighting replacement, fire alarm replacement, and additional flooring replacement. 4. There will be no Work on exterior of building.
