Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in East Watertown, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Site project encompasses entire site with numerous upgrades. Some of these upgrades include new asphalt, stormwater processing and drainage structures, new pathway with gaurdrails, bollards, lightpoles and bases, and new plantings and lawn repairs. The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. The Project consists of: The project scope includes replacement of vehicular and pedestrian pavement and curbs; installation of a new path with guardrails, stairs and handrails; new plantings and repaired lawns throughout the site; installation of root barriers; relocation of two pedestrian scale lightpoles, installation of 1 new lightpole, installation of 6 light bollards, and installation of two new vehicular scale lightpole bases, and conduit; installation of benches, a pergola, fencing, and a sign; and the installation of stormwater processing and drainage and structures. 2. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.
