Renovation of an office development in San Marcos, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
This section outlines the scope of work included in the project. Refer to the appropriate drawings and specification sections for further information about installation, preparation methods and components to be provided. The contractor is responsible for including all means and methods necessary to complete this portion of the project. The contract Documents, otherwise referred to as drawings, shall serve as a part of this scope of work showing more detail on the intent of this project. The Contractor is responsible for including all means and methods necessary to complete this project. In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. Replace existing fixtures on the building and pole lights with new LED fixture. Fixtures need to be constructed with a metal housing and glass lens. No plastic or polycarbonate fixture will be allowed. 5000K color temperature. Preferred fixture - Acuity/Lithonia TWR1 LED 2 50K MVOLT 2. Replace existing pole light heads with a new LED fixture. Fixture needs to be constructed with a metal housing. 5000K color temperature. Preferred fixture - Acuity/Lithonia - DSXWPMLED20C100050KT3M 3. Replace existing exterior fluorescent fixtures with LED fixtures strip lights. 4. Install new lights on existing pole behind building. Verify wiring to pole 5. Replace existing ground light heads with a new LED fixture. 5000K color temperature 6. Replace under canopy lights with new LED fixture 7. Replace entryway lights with new LED fixtures 8. Install LED fixture for flag, 9. Install electrical requirements to fixtures per NEC 10. Fixtures to be controlled by photo cell or time clock. 11. Contractor will verify that all exterior lighting and lighting controls are working and functioning properly. 12. Contractor will seal all exterior light fixtures to prevent water from entering building. 13. Remove any hardware, hardware accessories, electrical plates and covers, light fixture trims, and similar items, to be stored and reinstalled after painting complete. 14. Repair/replace damaged fascia, surface area on non-brick exterior 15. Paint all non-brick area of canopy, exterior ceilings. 16. Paint all exterior doors and frames. Paint both sides of door and frame 17. Power wash exterior of building 18. Power wash entry porch and entry sidewalk 19. Install wall mount RF speed control battery controlled for each fan 20. Relocate ceiling fan above counter 21. Provide turnkey project as required for complete project. Add Alternate 22. Replace existing fans with commercial grade 5 blade 52” ceiling fans and extend to 14 foot above finished floor at 8000 CFM. Use existing rod if applicable 23. Remove existing laminate from CSR counter and fascia and install new laminate- Surface laminateWilsonart ,Kalahari Topaz 4588-60, Fascia laminate- Wilsonart- Studio Teak 7960-60 02/25/2021 3:00 PM Last day to submit written questions for clarification to DPS 03/01/2021 3:00 PM Estimated date for DPS to post Question and Answer (Q&A) document to ESBD 03/05/2021 3:00 PM Deadline for DPS to receive Bids DPS RIGHTS 1. reject any or all responses if such action is in the public interest; 2. accept other than the lowest priced response; and 3. waive minor informalities and minor irregularities in responses received.
