Remodeling of a medical facility in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the remodel of a medical facility.

For all projects with a total dollar value above $150,000 Notice of Final Settlement is required by C.R.S. 38-26-107(1). Final Settlement, if required, will be advertised via: Electronic Media. The Project consist of renovations to rooms 2210 / 2211 to allow space for owner provided robotic equipment. Renovations include, but not limited to, removal of demising wall, casework relocation, removal of chase partitions, relocation of plumbing lines, removal and replacement of RCP, removal / salvage of door, frame and security hardware. New finishes include repaint of all walls, new flooring, new HVAC system and controls per Robotics equipment requirements, new gas lines to Robotics equipment. With this renovation, additional office areas require some modifications. Office area 2106 will be closed off by a new partition and relocated door and frame, including security hardware. New finishes will be provided along with owner provided furniture. Office area 2109 (Alternate 1 work) consist of providing a partition to split the room into two offices. Relocated HVAC will be required to allow for partition installation. New finishes will be required along with owner provided furniture. Electrical / Data will be provided per furniture layout. The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is using the Design/Bid/Build (D/B/B) General Contractor (GC) approach to project delivery from the University's Small Construction Purchase Program contractors. Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that all firms will be required to meet all minimum requirements to be considered for this project. To be considered as qualified, interested firms shall have, as a minimum:Demonstrated specific General Contracting experience in projects of similar scope and;Demonstrated bonding capability up to $1,000,000 for an individual project coincidentally with current and anticipated workloads; provide letter from surety that affirms this capacity; and . Bid Bond is required if project exceeds $50,000; and Payment and Performance / Labor and Material Payment Bond if project exceeds $150,000; Provide a COVID-19 Operational plan for your firm and all subcontractors working for your firm. A plan is required to be submitted with your bid. The University may reject bids as nonresponsive, if the plan submitted is not adequate after review by University leadership.
