Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Montgomery, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a office development; and for site work for a office development.

This describes the general requirements for the installation of a basic fire and carbon monoxide alarm, detection and notification system in the new modular building. The system must be wired, connected, and left in fully operating condition at the completion of the project. Provide each system complete and ready for operation. Equipment, materials, installation, workmanship, inspection and testing must be in strict accordance with the required and advisory provisions of NFPA 72 and NFPA 70. Devices and equipment for fire alarm service must be listed by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL). Where UL listing is not available, FM approval is acceptable. The work performed pursuant to these specifications must be complete in every respect, resulting in a system installed in accordance with the applicable codes, standards, manufacturer's recommendations and UL listings. The tasks described in this SOW are elemental to the facility safe operation and: o Must satisfy the requirements listed in Attachment A, Must satisfy the requirements of the equipment manufacturer's published instructions, Provide all resources and meet all requirements to establish the design and installation of a fully operational fire and carbon monoxide alarm, detection and notification system, Provide all resources qualified to design, install, test, and operate the systems and interfaced systems as required to meet this SOW, and Provide all code required documentation of the system design, installation and testing.
