Renovation of an educational facility in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of May 5,2021 This project has been awarded for the amount of $21,233.74. Start date and completion date has not yet been established.** The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, project management and site supervision as required to complete all scope of work described in the project specifications. Date of Substantial Completion of the Work: August 27, 2021 Date of Final Completion of the Work: Fifteen (15) days after reaching Substantial Completion The Work of the Contractor consists of Roof Replacement for the Evergreen Public Schools at Orchards Elementary School - 11405 NE 69th St, Vancouver, WA 98662 and York Elementary School - 9301 NE 152nd Ave, Vancouver, WA 98682 as indicated on Contract Documents prepared by Evergreen Public Schools and its consultants. The Drawings and Specifications are dated February 2021. The building and site will be available to the Contractor on June 10, 2021 1. The Owner reserves the right to place and install equipment in completed areas of the building and to occupy completed areas prior to substantial completion, provided that occupancy does not interfere with completion of the Work. 2.
