Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Williston, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of 5/17/2021, the project was not awarded due to no bids received. Work generally includes the following: Construction of a new park-ing lot in the center of Block 12 to include electric and fi-ber optic conduit, gas main, water main and services, sewer main and services, storm sewer, DRA and as-phalt paving. Should the Owner accept your Bid Proposal, you will be notified of the intent to award a contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, ir-regularities in the bids and to negotiate in the best in-terest of the City. A Bid Bond will be required for this Project. The bid bond shall be in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. If and when the Owner accepts your bid, the successful Bid-der will be required to fur-nish a performance/ pay-ment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount, proof of insurance and a list of references, sup-pliers and subcontractors. Payment for the work done under this contract will be made at the unit price and Lump Sum bid which shall include furnishing of all labor, tools, equipment, and materials required to acceptably construct the various units, including all types of excavation, trenching, laying and adjoining pipe, testing, backfilling, repairing leaks, placing sod and grassing, restoring roadways, driveways and shoulders, traffic control, removing surplus materials, installation of athletic equipment, and any and all other items necessary to complete the work outlined in the plans and specifications and other contract documents.
