**As of 12/29/2021, the project was not awarded due to no bids received and a rebid date has not yet been determined. The Base Bid of Project includes the installation and replacement of storm sewers within John Henry Celebration Park, and along NW 4th Street, NW 2nd Avenue, and NW 5th Street. A depressional area within the park will be converted into a dry stormwater pond and a new stormwater discharge point will be constructed at a quarry north of NW 2nd Avenue. Bid Alternate 1 includes a 3-ft over-dig of the stormwater pond and a swale and backfilling with 3-ft of sand. Bid Alternate 2 includes a 3-ft over-dig of the stormwater pond and a swale and backfilling with a layer of biosorption activated media between two layers of sand. Bid Alternate 3 is intended to maximize the amount of Biosorption Activated Media used on the project while remaining within the project's budgetary funds. The City intends to award one of the following combinations: 1. Base Bid 2. Base Bid plus Alternate 1 3. Base Bid plus Alternate 2 4. Base Bid plus Alternate 3
