The City of Parkland, Florida is seeking to obtain solicitations for a fixed contract from qualified Contractors to provide Splash Pad Resurfacing at Liberty Park, in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of services, specifications and requirements of this competitive solicitation. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, permitting, service, transportation, and supervision necessary to properly provide the products and services listed in this bid in a safe, effective and efficient manner. Question Deadline: Thu Nov 4, 2021 5:00:00 PM (EDT) Removal of Existing Surfacynd Bas^^y^ration: 5.3.1.1. The Contractor shall remove cirent base and scrap off excess polyurethane left after removal of current base. 5.3.1.2. The Contractor shall prepare, clean, and ensure a proper base is provided to accept and propejjy bind to the rubberized surface material as per new surfacinaEnanufacturer's specifications. Any imperfections in the surface will be corrected by the Contractor using a compatible pertinent filler before applying the rubberized surface materials 5.3.1.4. Any deficiencies in the concrete base siFface will be repaired by the Contractor. Q* 5.3.1.5. Once the existing rubberized surface material has been removed, the Contract is to arrange an inspection of the concrete base by the Contract Administrator. 5.3.1.6. The Contractor shall remove and lawfully dispose of the existing rubberized surface and debris from the splash pad area Installation: 5.3.2.1. The Contractor shall install Equitan W Flooring System (1/2") Splash Pad or approved Equivalent. 5.3.2.2. The Contractor shall install a pitch to the drain in the splash pad. 5.3.2.3.
