Site work for a water / sewer project in Union City, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of: 1. Removal and replacement of approximately 534 linear feet of existing VCP sewer line ranging in diameters from 6 inches to 10 inches with SDR-26 PVC or HDPE by opencut method; 2. Reconnection of sanitary sewer laterals for 9 residences; 3. Rehabilitation of approximately 826 linear feet of existing 6-inch diameter VCP sanitary sewer by CIPP; 4. Construction of two (2) standard sanitary sewer manholes; 5. Connection to and modification of three (3) existing sanitary sewer manholes; 6. Repair of three (3) offset lateral connections; 7. Abandonment of approximately 221 linear feet of existing sanitary sewer; 8. Removal and disposal of one (1) sanitary sewer manhole in place; 9. Retaining wall repairs along the Pine Street access road; 10. Sewage flow control; 11. Site restoration; 12. Traffic control; 13. Implementing biological control measures/BMPs; and 14. All other ancillary work required to complete the improvements included in the project plans and specifications
