Demolition, site work and addition to a detention facility in Clearfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a 339-square-foot detention facility; for the demolition of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.
Jail Infirmary Addition Project which consists of constructing a 339 square foot connecting link addition to a new Modular Infirmary Building (by others). Construction includes concrete, masonry, light gauge metal framing, EPDM roofing, detention doors and windows, ceilings, painting, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and miscellaneous site work. Contracts will be awarded for General, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical Construction only. Bids shall remain in effect for 60 days following the bid opening. A Bid Guaranty in the form of a Surety Company's Bid Bond shall be submitted with the Proposal in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Amount. Inquiries, requests for information and requests for clarifications should be directed in writing to the Architect at KTH Architects, Inc., attention Debbie Maines, emaines@ktharch.com - No questions will receive a response if they are submitted later than seven (7) days prior to the bid date. The owner reserves the right to postpone or cancel receipt of bids, and to accept or to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part if the best interest of the owner will be served thereby. No bid shall be permitted to be waived nor returned because the bidder has failed to, or cannot, comply with requirements as set forth in the plans, specifications, or any applicable legal statutes.
