Sealed bids are sought to furnish approximately 10,000 gallons of gasoline and 6,000 gallons of diesel fuel to the Borough of Clearfield starting February 2026. Bids must be submitted for both a fixed and variable price, excluding taxes. An automated fuel card system and computerized billing are required. A filling station must be located within the boundaries of Clearfield Borough. Vendors must provide a statement confirming their capability to deliver the product during power outages or other emergencies. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond. The Borough reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any or all bids.
