Renovation of a municipal facility in Clearfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacing the existing HVAC equipment in its entirety at the Administrative Office of CCHA. To achieve this work, all existing HVAC equipment and corresponding components will be removed. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or bank cashier's check payable to the Clearfield County Housing Authority in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond. The Clearfield County Housing Authority solicits and encourages Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) participation. MBE's will be afforded full consideration of their responses and will not be subjected to discrimination. Bidders will be required to comply with the Authority's MBE Program Goal requirements where applicable. The Clearfield County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening without the consent of the Housing Authority. Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretationof the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request itatleast 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening.
