The Work involved with the Project shall include, but may not be limited to, the furnishing of all design, labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, superintendence, mobilization and services necessary for the installation of a unisex restroom building and the associated site improvements to include landscaping, water, sewer and electrical service at the Peace Park facility.
