Renovation of an educational facility in Mountain Grove, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Quotations will only be accepted General Contractors who have been prequalified as per the Board's Request for Supplier Qualifications #12-17 General Contractors. This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Limestone District School Board (the "Board") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Roof Replacement and Heating, Ventilation & Control Upgrades at Land O Lakes Public School, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). RFQ 21-25A Roof Replacement for Roof Areas D, E & F at Land O'Lakes PS: The project includes the removal of approximately 1,100 sm. of existing BUR roofing and the replacement with a new 2-ply modified bitumen system. In addition, select demolition of existing modified bitumen roofing is required on roof areas not indicated for replacement in order to install new condenser sleepers. The scope of work also includes the extension of existing parapets as required to match existing detailing on adjacent roof areas replaced in 2018. RFQ 21-25B Heating, Ventilation & Controls Upgrades at Land O'Lakes PS: The project includes the decommissioning of geothermal bed, removal of the geothermal heating system, installation of air conditioning, electric heating, ventilation upgrades, electrical upgrades, building automation system upgrades, air balancing and commissioning and of all mechanical building systems.
