Renovation of an educational facility in Gananoque, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Only Pre-Qualified Contractors are allowed to bid. The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for Roofing Replacement including Replace Roofing, Mechanicals and Windows including: - Replace Roofing Sections F, G, AA, FF 18,050 ft2. - Review and effect warranty repairs to Roofing Section B 12,500 ft2 - Replace Exterior windows fronting William Street (1st and 2nd floors) 1962 Addition. - Replace all mechanical units on the respective roofing sections. - Improve ventilation and particulate filtering. - Replace current controls to new Building Automation System - Tridium Niagara platform with open protocol controllers, sensors and cabling. Owner only provides plans and specs to their prequalified contractors. Interested sub trades, manufacturers and suppliers should contact the prequalified contractors.
