Site work and new construction of a residential development in Aquinnah, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call civil work for a residential development.
The Town of Aquinnah , through its Board of Selectmen and with assistance from the Aquinnah Housing Committee are seeking proposals from non-profit organizations to develop and construct affordable rental housing on property owned by the Town of Aquinnah, located at 939 and 941 State Road, Aquinnah, Massachusetts, consisting of approximately 4.3 acres and being shown on Aquinnah Assessor’s Map 5 as Parcels 170.1 and 170.2 (the “Property”). The selected responder will be responsible for the site development (including but not not limited to septic, well and shared driveway) and construction of two duplexes, each duplex residence consisting of four bedrooms: one duplex consisting of two units with two bedrooms each, the other duplex consisting of one unit with three bedrooms, and one unit with one bedroom, for a total of eight bedrooms at the Property. The selected responder or its designee will be responsible for permitting, funding and construction. Units will be restricted affordable in perpetuity.
