INVITATION TO BID The Village of Homewood, Cook County, Illinois invites sealed bids for the resurfacing of six (6) various street sections. The work will include curb repair, sidewalk repair, HMA surface removal, polymerized leveling binder, HMA surface course, HMA patching and pavement marking. Sealed bid proposals will be received at the office of the Director of Public Works, Village of Homewood, 17755 S. Ashland Avenue, Homewood, Illinois 60430, until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Specifications and bid proposal forms are available at the Municipal Service Center, 17755 S. Ashland Avenue, Homewood, Illinois, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. A payment of $25 non-refundable deposit and presentation of an IDOT Certificate of Eligibility are required at the time of bid document pick up. The Village of Homewood reserves the right to waive technicalities, to reject any or all bid proposals, or to accept any bid proposal which is considered most favorable to the Village of Homewood.
