Project Location: Illinois Central Railroad over 183rd Street Proposals requiring prequalification of bidders will be issued only to those contractors who are qualified with the Department of Transportation. Prequalification forms may be secured from the Engineer of Construction, Administration Building, 2300 South Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, IL 62764. ILDOT - Bridge Repairs Including Structural Steel Removal and Replacement and Marquee Sign Replacement The project consists of repair of structure 016-7235, IC Railroad over 183 rd Street. The proposed improvements include structural steel repairs, as well as all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and described herein. All questions about the meaning or intent of the contract documents shall be submitted to the municipal contact: Brian Hankey, Project Coordinator, Department of Public Works, 708-206-2908, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.,
