Proposals are being solicited from qualified consulting firms to conduct a Market Feasibility Study for the redevelopment of the former Calumet Country Club, a 130-acre property located at 175 Western Avenue, Homewood, IL. Proposals must be submitted as one electronic copy via email and two printed copies in a sealed envelope. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to select the proposal determined to be in the best interest of the Village.
