Renovation of an educational facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. Colorado Springs School District 11 is requesting proposals from Contractors to replace he Boiler Plant at Chipeta Elementary School, including boiler, pumps, exhaust fans, BAC, etc. The designated period of performance will be from March 22, 2021 (for activities that do not affect the functioning of the school and with project manager and principal coordination/approval), and full construction from June 1, 2021 through July 31, 2021 Substantial Completion.* Contractor must fully complete project (including remedying punch list items and submitting all required close-out documents) by October 5, 2021. *Substantial Completion for this project is defined in Item B.3.9.
