Renovation of a municipal facility in Winterset, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Bids are for a single prime contract for removal and replacement of the sheet metal cornice below the gutters, window replacement, new ADA ramp, new service ramp and drive and related gutters, site updates, resurface the traffic coating on the porches, replacement of roof membranes over the porches and selective stone repair and pointing. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis; segregated sub-bids will not be accepted.
