Milling and inlaying asphalt concrete pavement, removing existing pavement and replacing with a new asphalt concrete pavement section, installing a rubber chip seal on existing asphalt concrete pavement, and providing traffic loops. The work progress schedule requirement is established to ensure adequate planning, scheduling, management, and execution of the work by the Contractor, and to enable the Port to evaluate work progress and make contract time adjustments. The work specified in this section consists of submitting a contract schedule, monthly updates, four-week schedules for progress meetings, and a final as-built schedule. The planning, scheduling, management, and execution of the work in accordance with the contract is the responsibility of the Contractor. The work includes but is not limited to: Milling and inlaying asphalt concrete pavement, removing existing pavement and replacing with a new asphalt concrete pavement section, installing a rubber chip seal on existing asphalt concrete pavement, and providing traffic loops. The existing state prevailing rate of wage and, if applicable, the federal prevailing rate of wage required under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 USC 3141 et seq.) apply to this work.
