Proposals Must Be Submitted on the Prescribed Forms and Must Be Accompanied by Certified Check, Ca-shier's Check, or Bid Bond Executed in Favor of the West Slope Water District in an Amount Not Less Than Five Per Cent (5%) of the Amount Bid. The Suc-cessful Bidder Will Be Required to Fur-nish to the West Slope Water District a Performance Bond and a Payment. Bond Each Equal to One Hundred Per-cent (100%) of the Amount of the Bid.
