Reference number : 1453759 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-03-10 The City of Gatineau is requesting bids for phase 7 of the repair work for municipal services on sections of Montmorency, Richelieu and Davies streets in the Hull sector. To be considered, all submissions must be submitted on the forms specially prepared for this purpose. This request may be subject to the provisions of the integrity in public contracts act. Depending on the thresholds provided for by law, the tenderer (firm or group of firms) who submits a request must hold the authorization of the public procurement authority to be able to conclude a public contract or sub-contracting. If an authorization is required by the integrity of public contracts act and it is faulty to have it at the time of filing this application, this application will be automatically rejected. Each submission must be placed in a sealed envelope bearing the following statement: Submission 2020 SP 313 Repair of municipal services - FIMEAU - Saint-Jean-Bosco sector, phase 7 The City of Gatineau is not bound to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation or any costs towards the tenderer (s). Bid bond 10% is required.
