General Contractor for the Construction and Renovation of the Springville Fire Station Located at 75 West Center Street, Springville, Utah 84663 General Contractors are requested to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the Springville Fire Station Remodel. The project is located at 75 West Center Street, Springville, Utah. The project consists of finishing 4800 sqft. of the 2nd floor existing core and shell including; dormitories for the fire fighters, toilet room shower facilities, kitchen and living areas. A complete remodel of the 2nd level mechanical and electrical systems will be included. The Springville City (Owner) intends to select 4-5 General Contractors from the submitted SOQ's. The selected General Contractors will then be asked to submit competitive sealed price proposals for the project.
