Springville City Incorporated will accept bids for the Well and Pump Station Maintenance and Repair Service (5 Year Contract) project according to specifications provided in the bid contract, and described in general as the maintenance and repair of Springville City's well and pump stations, including service calls, well rig rates, well video mobilization rates, well disinfection, and shop All contractors intending to bid may attend to obtain relevant information concerning the project. Bidders are advised that information affecting drawings, specifications, conditions, scope of work, etc may be discussed. The pre-bid conference WILL NOT include a site visit The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly submitted and signed will be accepted.
