Project overview description: roof, fascia, soffit, gutter, and downspout replacements; painting of window frames, fascia, soffits; installation of concrete walk, ramp, and dumpster pad; for a 3,740 square foot historic building located in downtown Searcy AR. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Certified or Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond, of a sum of no less than 5.0 percent of the Bid Sum. Such check or bid bond will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders within three days after the opening of bids and the remaining checks or bid bonds will be returned promptly after the Owner and the accepted bidder have executed the contract. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.
