Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Searcy, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
Project was not awarded. Searcy school district is accepting bid proposals for the following work at: Searcy public schools: Administration building, and mcrae elementary: crack fill, seal coat, and stripe parking lots. Lion stadium: crack fill, seal coat, and stripe parking lot. Remove and replace asphalt area between home concession stand and track. Prospective bidders should contact Raymond Reynolds, searcy school district, 510 w. Moore, searcy AR 72143 by April 29th 2022, for bid information. The searcy school district will not necessarily award the bids based on price, but will evaluate quality, design, and company references. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Bid bond, performance bond and contractors license will be required as dictated by revisions in the Arkansas bid laws.
